hell yeah bro,
mine HATES the cold weather no doubt. hard to start.

the exhaust add much power? Mines all stock.

I personally favor the thumb throttle over the twist so that i can jump all over the machine & **** w/ out twisting the throttle - but alot of people prefer the twist when they are racing & ****.

different strokes fo' different folks!

Not to sure about the power difference cus i didnt ride it stock... but its nice and loud!!!! Much like my bike...
ps i have the stock one if anyone is looking for one!!!
Was thinking the same thing about the twist... but the reason for the quad is to get better on the bike.. throttle control and all... plus getting a better feel for balance... granted im on 2 wheels but im mean the difference between flipping and not flipping over.... and getting used to the rear brake...i wish it was warmer and i could practice somemore .. ill just have to deal for now!!!!

1000ceecee,

Hazen is running a stock exhaust and I have a Pro Circuit T-4 which was on it when I bought the bike. I really didn't think there would be much of a difference since it's just a slip on, but there is. The T-4 has so much more low end torque it isn't funny. Hazen and I swapped quads for a little bit one day and his feels like it pulls almost as hard when the revs are up, but mine feels like it has a lot more low end. I think we were both suprised at the difference between the two.

Anyway...that's all I know.

i got a twist throttle on my quad... Help a LOT on throttle control on the bike, and actually you need more throttle control on the quad then on a bike.. But its eaiser to wheelie a thumb throttle cause you can death grip the bars and use ure thumb to control...... Your call..

thats cool. Well you know on a quad, it tops out in first gear at like 2 mph, and revs out too fast too. So when you get that high in the revs its real touchy, on a bike the revs are LOW and isnt touchy at all... well thats my 2 cents

Yeah, you can bog a bike when riding slow wheelies so you can keep it from being to twitch. Ride the hell out tha brakes & keep a steady throttle
