It would be tight as hell.......but there's no way you could do it unless you rig up some sort of roller in/on the front bumper

My boy swank, has a bar welded across his front grab bar - he sticks his feet in it when doing the ill high chairs.

we call it the swank bar.

If you mount it high and mount it long it will work...
The reason why I say this is because if you mount it in such a manner that it will not allow you to cross the "balance point," you would have to be going really fast to flip it.
Obviously, nothing is fool-proof, though!!

parking it really wouldn't be a problem cuz yer just tipping it up until it lands on the bar

if you were trying to roll out a quad endo while scraping then wheels would be nice, maybe skateboard wheels.
