Hey guys. I have an 03 r6, i would like to convert it into a full stunt bike. Can someone plz help me out. I need to know what kind of parts i need to get, decent parts that are not too expensive, if I can get some sights i can go on. And if you could explain why I need the parts that i need, I'm totally new to stunting and have no idea about the parts. I did find thestuntfactory.com was wondering if they are any good? Thanks to those that respond you are greatly appreciated.

 

Well the main essientals usually contest of sprockets (if its a stunt bike don't be scared to go big in the rear), probably a new chain for those sprockets, crash cage and a 12 bar. From there it's up to you maybe a hand rear brake under your clutch. Denting the tank is another option. It's really up to you after those first three. Is it a fighter or full fairing style?

Just starting out you'll be fine just a sprocket kit and crash cage. A 12 bar is good to have to not destroy your tail if u go back to far but the subframe are super weak so if your going to hit the bar( u will) zuesarmor and Atown makes aftermarket subframe.

 

I don't have any side fairings on it i do have the front and the tail covered.

That bike is pretty brittle for stunting. Look into a decent subframe for sure.

 

The stock subframe will break into pieces. We are the only ones who make not only the subframe, but frame braces, round bar and passenger seat step plate. Any aftermarket subframe will eventually bend no matter who makes it or what it's made out of...our braces virtually eliminate that from happening
