**** it looks like im not gonna be riding for awhile. where am i gonna come up with $500 to fix my quad. im bout to just sell it

 

what's wrong with it?

 

the whole rear is fed up i need new hub, new axle bearing, bolts ect. and the clutch is blow need that **** i got the parts list and added it all up it was $400 something plus shipping

 

$400.00 is better than $3500 for a new one



if you are going to get rid of it, part it out

 

yea im thinking bout it cuz i dont even want it anymore i want to get a cbr600rr. but im thinking if i come up with the money to fix it i can get more out of it

 

maybe, but quads are hard to sell unless they are upgraded and have a few extra mod's on them... and even then you probably wouldn't get all that great moolah for it unless it was mint

 

well then i should probly sell it in peices cuz its beat to hell

i was thinking about what you said are you old enough to legely own a street bike? are you ready for one? parts cost alot more for a street bike.....you might want to start with a 125 or 250 and beat the **** out of that for a year or two.......then step it up, thats my plan....

 

Get parts off ebay for it blasters are like 80's cheveys they aint worth a dime cause everyone has a couple sitting out back.

Your still in better shape than I am If I had 500 dollars the medical billing agency would take it

 

I had a 600RR It was a good bike. You should buy a 400ex to stunt, Just get your parents to loan you $400 thats not that much.

 

yeah man, $400 isnt that bad. i paid that much JUST for my subframe (Aftermarked 4pt one) when i cracked it attempting switchbacks. and since your goal either way is to sell it...for either a bike, or to get something better.......then you might as well fix it back up. they ARE VERY tough to sell. everyone wants brand new. i sold my '05 yfz450 for $3,100 !!!!!!!!! i had aftermarket pipe, header, cdi, 4pt subframe, jetkit and thats all i got for it.

 

I'll give you 750 for it
