i got an 04 blaster and i bent the stock grab bar so i made a thick one and it aint goin anywhere:YEAH but i was wondering if anyone has ever busted the frame from puttin on a new grab bar..

 

i dont know about making grab bars,but i bought a dg grab bar for mine i think a factory bar is better than a costom because they will bend under alot of stress ,when some of these costoms are too strong, and will crack your frame...just try not to scrape it too much..
