Keep a training journal on your computer for maximum results!
I´ve made a computer program that works as training- and diet diary. You can make your own training- and diet-schedules and keep a journal of all your
training sessions.
You can see statistics of your laptimes in form of a diagram. With the help of
the diagram you hopefully can see which training schedule and setup that makes the better laptimes.

It would be really nice to hear what you think of the program. Should i improve it in some way or maybe add some functions?

though this is a stunt site i think this might still be helpful for some
some of the guys on here race and it would work the same way for them

It is a cool program I checked it out. I didn't download it ,but it's cool. I would have used it religously if I had it a few years ago
there are only a few of us who do race on here, and I'm pretty mutch done racing. Maybee a few local hairscrambles now, but that's it ??
Not going to take as serious anymore; I'm realy digging this stuntin thing.
