At this point I am worried that surrounding people might of heard and this creates a domino affect. First I am worried, then I begin to chuckle to myself, and then I start to lose my strength and my arms start to fell like spaghetti. Luckily I was able to maintain my cool and got the barbell back up on the bench. I then get up and start to look at my shoes as if they were what caused the loud ripping sound .

Moral of the story: If you are going to let one rip unexpectingly, then always have a backup plan to get yourself out of the situation...at least it feels that way to you .

Any other unexpected farters out there ?

Yeah...working out is great. I wish I had to loose weight like you. The only way I can put on pounds is by working out. Before I worked out I was averaging around 160lbs. Now I average around 175-180...that's being 5' 11 & 1/2" . I met my goal of 175lbs, but now I would like to get to 185lbs...always wanting more.

I thought you were closer to my size. You dont look like a 175 pounder by the pics I have seen over the last 2yrs. Keep it up man, you can pull 185. Its hard to eat alot like it requires to gain the weight..huh. People just dont know...There like you can eat a much as you want..I would have it made. Truth is its hard to get those meals in and even be that hungary. I notice as I get into lifting and keeping my body nurished. Thats all its about no more eating just because its good. I hate all the kitchen time involved also...lol

I seen you sold ur 900 and got a warrior or a VTX. Then I seen a post where that was sold. I think ...lol You still riding? I sold my 929 and been riding dirt bikes, about to get a 50 for my boy. Looking forward to that.

Take it ez....
