Do any of you have any experience with a "reckless driving" ticket here in Georgia? It is in Henry county. I don't mind paying a fine or whatever, but really don't want a reckless driving on my record. I have a pretty clean record. I tried to plea bargain with the "prosecutor" down to a speeding ticket, but he won't give (without me having a lawyer involved, so it seems). Any suggestions? I am currently interviewing lawyers. Any help is appreciated. It seems that the officer (state patrol) didn't file a report. Can this be in my favor any? Please let me know. Thanks.

 

go to the court house before your date and ask to talk to the solicitor, they know the judge the best, ask them their reccomendation, usually you can take a driving course and it will help, that is what darrick and i have done here in gwinnett county and it lessened the fine quite a bit, good luck bro
