i know everybody is concerned but i cant just give this up i love it way to much. and nef you will film what i tell you to,but dont worry i will take it easy for the first few weeks.

I broke C4,5 & 6 in my neck
and had a disk out of allignment in my lower back L5
sucked at the time but I've been fine for the last few years.

Not the fiddy...car accident in high school, and playin sports.....herniated the L4 and the L5 and it's something with my sciatica nerve too...can't sit for too long (one good thing about having ADD
) and I can't drive for long distances without having to stop....and the little fiddy doesn't help!! 
Yikes....the neck must have hurt like a bitch...I had a friend that did that, and she had all this pain in her arms
