I've been fairly motivated lately. Got the sides done for the hottub, just need to do a second coat of paint on the tub corners and powerwash it when the cover comes in. Then I need to get someone to run electrical.
Jet ski should be done this weekend with any luck.

Re: Track riding

Speaking of which, Zuki, can you run through the directions to install the try mat again? Sand the **** out of it with 80 grit, degrease, paint on adhesive to both sides, wait 20 minutes, and glue in place, right?

Pretty much. Make sure there is no paint where you want the turf. It will just flake and the turf will lift. Paint contact cement on both surfaces. Once it's completely dry, repeat. You need two good coats on both sides. Make sure it is completely dry on everything before you put it together. What I was told is when you think it's ready, go drink another beer or two before you start. Use wooden dowels or something to keep the parts that you don't have positioned from touching each other. Once the two pieces touch, you won't get them apart without tearing the turf. Once you've got the whole thing in place and trimmed up, go over every square inch with a rubber hammer, pounding it pretty good. It should never lift if you do it this way.
