when you say mini tort on an auto insurance company, do you mean submit a claim against another person's insurance or your own. Either way, IMMEDIATELY and get a police report.

yeah, so I can get my deductible back. There was no official police report becuase it was in a parking lot. I did make one with my own commnets, but that means ****. The police woudln't come out to teh scene. It was soem trailer trash with a trailer trash insurance compnay so I just said **** it.
