My mortgage payment is now $100 a month less. Or I should say my 3 bedroom 2.5 car garage "apartment" is now $368.81 plus utilities a month.

 

Holy ******* cheap. That must count roommates.

Yup. One roomate paying $420 a month. If he moved out it would be around $1,000 a month with utilites.
I'm not paying **** on the principle. There is no way I will ever move out of this house and make money or even break even on it. I'm going to have to short sell it at some point.

I was going to say, my mortgage with insurance and taxes is $900 a month.
