you are correct ... i need to separate the two issue ... so in home or in vehicle castile doctrine applies and it is a non issue ... while carrying outside of the home ohio law as of september 2008 states:
Now in specific cases it is possible “affirmative defense” applies and the accused, not the prosecutor, must prove by a preponderance of the evidence that he acted in self defense or in defense of another. So maybe we are saying the same thing differently.
"If the defendant fails to prove any one of the three conditions for
self defense or defense of another, he fails to justify his use of deadly
force. If the presumptions of deadly force in the home or vehicle are
removed and the defendant is unable to prove that he did not create
the situation or that the use of deadly force was reasonably necessary,
he fails to justify his use of deadly force."

Guy at work said they charge like $50 for an entire frame. I am trying to keep as much stuff out of my garage because if my company moves to Auburn Hils, I'm walking away from my house.

guns are cool.....what up Fury......SL was so slow yesterday and monday I didn't even bother......found out my grandmother is in critical care and probably won't make it long.....got shitty and carved pumpkins last night......**** day today....

I do like to hunt animals and eat them because they are tasty though. I also put the safety of my family very high on the priority list.
I made the decision 2 years ago when Borne left his job what the path I wanted to take would be. Thats why I'm getting my master's right now. It's just a hobby lol ...

thanks but doubtful.....tumor on her brain....they just found it.....it's bleeding and causing swelling......half her fac is partially paralyzed.....may have had a stroke in there somewhere as well......the doctors gave my mom 5 minutes to decide whether to tube her or not.....will probably be brain dead anyway....no DNR......haven't heard anything today......
