PS worst carry gun ever. If you ever have to use it the opposing attorney will use it to paint you as a psycho gun nut. "people of the jury, this man got his permit just because he wanted to kill a man. He not only went out and got his permit, he bought a gun.....but that wasn't enough. He PAID to have this gun modified so it would cause the most possible damage and not only kill a man like a normal gun, but mangle him as much as possible." Lawyers have tried that tactic with guys who reload their own ammo.

BLAH! what do you guys add to your oatmeal?
for the past 8 days i ate quaker packaged and already flavored oatmeal.....soooo good minus the maple syrup and brown sugar flavor. anyways, i ran out and i bought a big thing of just plain oatmeal...so this morning i make it, i add a sweet n low packet to it and a little bit of cinnamon....YUCK! there is no flavor and it tasted like paste (if i knew what paste tasted like).
for the past 8 days i ate quaker packaged and already flavored oatmeal.....soooo good minus the maple syrup and brown sugar flavor. anyways, i ran out and i bought a big thing of just plain oatmeal...so this morning i make it, i add a sweet n low packet to it and a little bit of cinnamon....YUCK! there is no flavor and it tasted like paste (if i knew what paste tasted like).

My mom makes homemade jam and I like to mix the blueberry in. If i have been good keeping my sugar intake down i will add a little honey with plain cocoa powder on occasion.
Like niner said stay away from syrup - full of HFCS and tons of sugar.
I always put some stevia into the oats. Stevia is a godsend, i have a huge sweet tooth and it adds sweetness to anything but has none of the negative affects of sugar or the dangers of splenda/aspartame.
Coconut oil or coconut milk is awesome too. Super beneficial and healthy to the body and sweet too.
A few other additions I have liked are all natural peanut butter, cinnamon with apples, organic flavored yogurts (gotta watch the sugar though),
Did you just get the regular old fashioned quaker oats or did you go for the steel cut?

the last oatmeal i had bought was 'weight control' so i just figured it was good...i should've read the side of the box before buying it.....it was soooo good. they had a banana bread flavor that was out of this world!
maybe for breakfast i'll just start eating a slice of cinnamon raisin bread instead of oatmeal.
i'm doing great with the green tea. i haven't drank a cup of coffee in over a week

regular old fashioned quaker oats. the kind i can use to make oatmeal raisin cookies.
the last oatmeal i had bought was 'weight control' so i just figured it was good...i should've read the side of the box before buying it.....it was soooo good. they had a banana bread flavor that was out of this world!
maybe for breakfast i'll just start eating a slice of cinnamon raisin bread instead of oatmeal.

bread = bad carbs ... i just gave you a ton of ideas to sex up those boring oats, give some of them a try i promise they're good

no stick with the regular old fashioned quaker oats ... the weight control just has sugar, flavorings, and whey protein - you can buy some whey protein and add it yourself - and it's better for you ...
