GOD DAMMIT Im so pissed off right now

Last week i went to the dmv to rreg my bike. Unfortunately i brought the insurance card from my other bike so i fukd myself that time. Well today I went to the dmv with the right card, waited for a ****** hour and then the lady points out some fine print on my card that says i "Not acceptable to obtain registration after 45 days from effective date"

WTF is that ****?

 

im too pissed off to even call my insurance agent (my uncle)

 

damn mike that sucks .... NY has some weird dmv laws
