Its called a no income verification loan but if I was buying a house I wouldnt apply for the loan myself, it would be in my fathers name. I wouldnt have anything to do with the loan, just Find, fix, and sell it.

I didn't finish college.....and I worked my way up from customer service to be where I am.....took a lil more time without the degree but it was worth it....now I have the expirience and can use that......we've talked about your attitude before haven't we?? My parents have bought and sold a few camps. Two places ago they bought for 120K, kept it for 2 years and sold for 230K. It only cost them about 20K during that two years. The last house they bought for 189K and sold for 255K. But they spent 40K in the process. They only ended up making about 25K. That sounds like a lot but it was over 1.5 years. Flipping houses is not as easy as it sounds. My mother's a realtor for christ's sake.
