IN NH if you buy any car new or used and something major goes wrong with it( they go by the price of repairs) within 30 days of the purchase then the buyer can get a full refund.

EW! we didn't get any here, saturday late night sunday early morning i started to blow up my dads phone because i thought we were getting one. i heard of one town in kansas where 95% of the town was destroyed.......my sister said a couple of towns ended up getting it really bad.

The bill of sale is a written contract (which passes the statute of frauds), plus any material oral representations made by the seller. For example, if the seller said, this vehicle has a brand new transmission, and the buyer relies on this representation to his detriment when the transmission fails on the way home, then this amounts to fraud b/c the seller's representation induced the transaction.
