Thinking about picking up a little ghetto charcoal grill to cook up some chicken tonight. Left it soaking over night in some Chevetta's. It tastes way better on charcoal then gas. Then again, everything tastes better on charcoal.

 

just throw down some charcoal......couple stakes and you got a rotisary......or some bricks or blocks with a grate......

 

Cooking basically chicken strips minus the breading.

 

gotcha......I don't think charcoal grills are very expensive anyway though.....

 

like stir fry strips? i get those all the time at the supermarket

i like to shake some lawrys seasoning salt on them and then mike eats it with bbq sauce. i usually make little burritos for me and the kids

sweet ... a farm out here that raises organic grass fed beef only charges $2.50 a lb for half a cow ... and the butcher is only .49 cents a pound ... so i am gonna go pick up some of the best tasting beef for only $3 a lb ... mmmm grass fed steaks are so much more tasty

 

$2.50 a pound butchered or hanging? You also have to consider a lot of that is going to end up as ground beef. Not saying it is or it isn't a good deal, just do the math.

 

Scooter, you need to stop up tomorrow evening/night or Satuday so you can help me get the f-ing engine cradle seperated from the 954 so I can seperate the engine and frame and get going on this bitch. It's been over a year, I need to finish up this project.

That is a killer deal ... I see many organic grass fed farms charging 5 times that ... even most regular beef costs more than that ... the farmer is slaughtering some chickens monday - i am gonna go grab some ... mmmmm tasty tasty ....

yeah. i really tried to convince myself i liked charcoal better, but the more i had it the less i liked it. I think its better on a juicy burger that drips a lot, but i'll take propane for chicken or any thin sliced meats..
