the first year, Herb and another guy got hit while they were parked in the middle of the road. last year my boy chris got hit by a power wheelie while doing circles. this year tneck got hit by a power wheelie while doing donuts.

The turning while standing is tough to get. They say once you get it, it's like riding a bike. You have to modulate the throttle, steering, and body position to make a turn or you just fall over. Don't think riding a standup is easy. It takes quite a bit of time and dedication to actually be able to ride around on one.

The sitdown style are gigantic compared to a standup. My boat is 6.5' long, about 2' wide, and weighs 280 lbs. You can stand on a sitdown while it isn't moving. You can't even kneel on a standup if it isn't moving.

thats what i was guessing ... i would like to try a standup one
