I'll take water anyday......maybe it's cuz i grew up water skiing and stuff but IMHO asphalt hurts a lot more.....

 

+1 I've been going to the gym pretty regularly since January.....some of us just are not meant to lift heavy ****......but I can run like the wind!! LOL
