way way way better .... get a good multi-vitamin, take good meg3 fish oil, and eat your greens!!!

If you can train yourself to think that you don't eat for enjoyment, you eat to fuel your body it helps ... I still have cheat meals a few times a week and make enjoyable food - it's just not all garbage anymore ...

yeah staying away from processed junk food and fast food is important ... sometimes you don't have a choice - you just have to choose wisely ... stay away from processed carbs, like bread
