so today i power walked for maybe 5 min...if that. i did it for the full song good life by kayne and i gotta feeling by black eyed peas. then i jogged at a decent pace for at least 15. i ran fast (well, fast for me) for the rest of the time i was on it.


mikem...i'm ready to do it now
