i have a question scoot, or anyone....so i've been lifting some weights, i have 3 and 5lb sets....i've been doing them every other day and last night i did the 5lb ones for about 30 minutes or so, but tonight i want to lift again, do you think it's ok to do the 3lb ones so i'm not over doing it?

yeah its bad...its really tempting for me to keep weighing myself because gil leaves the scale in the kitchen...but i've been trying to use it as motivation to have a healthy dinner. Not that looking in the mirror and pinching rolls of fat every time i get out of the shower does me any good either....argggggg

yeah, well living with gil is making me gain weight at an amazing pace. I'm going to have to buy another 5k dollars worth of suits in a few weeks if i don't learn how to exercise. Ridin doesn't seem to do anything.

it's easy for me now that's it's nice enough for my kids to go outside and play....last night i did my weights while they were outside, then came inside danced in my room like a retard for a while, then when they were falling asleep i did some leg lifts and did my crunches
