So every time I walk, I hear a rattling noise from my right shoe. All this time i thought it was the the hardened ends of my laces tapping on teh hard leather.

Then just now i was tieing my shoe, and moved my foot, and I heard it. So it turns out that somethign is rattling around the inside of the heel on these.

Sketchers black shoes, heel is only a half an inch thick
