i have a question scoot, or anyone....so i've been lifting some weights, i have 3 and 5lb sets....i've been doing them every other day and last night i did the 5lb ones for about 30 minutes or so, but tonight i want to lift again, do you think it's ok to do the 3lb ones so i'm not over doing it?

when you told me to get the 3 and 5 lb ones, i thought it wouldn't be hard, but hell no, that **** is hard to lift...you'd think i'd be used to it by picking up my kids and other things that weight over 40-50lbs, but i'm not
