Re: Best bike for Expressway riding

gsxr 1000 ,i know alot of people bash the gixxers, but seriously, they are race insprired, any bike can break if you beat the **** out of it,f4I's,636's,gixxers,rr's.I always hear people bashing gixxers, they are good bikes, suzuki don't design them to be dropped on there sides over and over again.but seriously if you wanna go fast a gix 1000 or a r1 will do it,god knows the hondas won't get out of there own way,not even the 1000rr, ****** slow!bash me if you like, don't give a ****,I know from experience.

I'd like to rock a new 07 CBR 1k repsol for a street killer. Or a new ZX10R black with out the gay *** flames, like last years model.

Re: Best bike for Expressway riding

I voted 954 because my 929 was great, so the 954 should be even better.

Re: Best bike for Expressway riding

I've got a 954 and a 03 Gixxer 1000, 954 is a great bike (for sale) and it handles the mid range power pretty well, but the Gixxer straight kills it top speed on the highway, Yosh J-spec race ECU, Powercommander III, 525 chain, 184mph at 13,500, everything is a blur (even the blue lights behind me)

Re: Best bike for Expressway riding

929 or 954... 954 is little more twitchy then 929 in my opinion. Both are my favorite for highways.

i'm sure 508 ment that when that frame splits and you no longer have forks under you BAM! you do of course realize that your gixxer has like 2-3 horses more than a 1000rr,thats it.. so saying it will walk on one is BS..get somebody that can ride that honda and see what happens
