traffic sign

so im drivin east on 94 twards ann arbor and i see a damn
scrolling construction sign and whats it say on it SCOOTER TRASH crazy *** fans they have in ann arbor.

There is an Article in the Ann Arbor news the 20th on the front page in the Connection section with a small article about the Construction sign. I'll try to get it Scanned and post it. Too Funny.
