if its swelling you should ice it.doc cant see ur range of motion and check u properly. ICE ICE ICE.
I tore my ACL, MCL, and meniscus in one shot. I could of ridden after 2 months but I played it safe to avoid further ****ing myself up.
whatever you did, u need to ice it. swelling is not ur friend. save the vicoden for PT and wash it down with grey goose. if u dont let ur body heal properly u'll have a bum leg for good. it will never be 100% again. hopefully its nothing too bad but get to a real doc. better safe than sorry
