I studied Tung Soo Do until Red Belt status, Boxed for Flint Police Academy at young age, weight trained my whole life and currently help coach free style wrestling. I read about everything I can on MMA and BJJ. So I'm no expert for sure, just know enough to figure out what I would probably need to get going. Pretty much I'm just old now and would probably get my azz kicked by my 12 year old if he really wanted to now-a-days.........but I do enjoy all the MMA stuff still. Re: I Love MMA
