You don't treat customers with any disrespect, PERIOD. Even if they are being rude and unreasonable with you.

Had my own business and had at least a hundred people with the same story and finally had to make rules and stick to them or I would have went out of business trying to make a custom plans for everyone. Sometimes its impossible to figure who just forgot to pay or who is trying to scam ya. On the other hand...............The public yelling was definitely bad business and if you were a long time customer that paid on time for years they probably could have bent the rules a little without hurting them for a few days.

yeah but look at your Clientel (sp?) a bunch of Sadistic sumbiatches who enjoy pain. How many Granny's and Such do you get visiting your shop there flipper?

You gotta be nice to people in any other work place to have repeat customers.

yeah,he's right. Alot of buisnesses rely heavily on the repeat customers for a goos portion of thier profit. I'm willing to bet the gym was the same way
