I learned how to wheelie on an SV, so bouncing just comes naturally. Any one that has messed around on an sv knows it takes a little effort to get that slug up.
When it warms up i'm sure the tire will start to grab, so hangin on won't be so tough. I'd just feel a lot better about being up there if my a$$ was somewhat planted.
Also, do you think 20-25psi is good for all around riding. I've been running that for almost 2000 miles and haven't had any abnormal wear. but unless it's 65+ degrees i cant get the rear to grab.

used to ride with 12-15 in the rear (stunting) - for long trips 25-30

I just got Wheelies from Dummies, including stickers, free shirt, and Gorka and Kyle signed it..pretty cool. Anyways..its a pretty cool video, just one in a series of like 5. They actually talk about how to dent your tank probabrly and what the technique is for different uses and stuntin style. They actually use a dead blow hammer and work the tank differently to provide their preffered shape. I would recommend checkin it out...if not for the instructional vaue...definatly for the humor.
