Your PM's are full. Here is my reply:
If you look at the bar it is cut down on the exhaust side a little. That is so the bar could be brought in to where it is without hitting the exhaust bolt. When I was learnign I had the bar all the way out. Once I scraped that, I brought it all the way in to where it is now within a day. It is a little bit before 12, but about as far in as it can be to scrape and bring back down with the rear brake. The nice thing about the longer bar is it gives you some thing to shoot for. I would make the bar adjustable so it could be set as long as that bar can be in one position, and another setting where it was when I gave it to you. That way when you are learing you aren't trying to scrape way back and yo ulearn faster. Remember that bar is only 5" wide, make yours 8" wide like the FI bar. It will make bar tricks easier (possible) and leave enough room to put your foot.

Re: Kenny 211
OK. Thanks for the info. I'm going to go in to work a hour earlier to work on it. I noticed the angle of the cut on the exhaust side. I also noticed that one side of the adjustment is about a 1/2 shorter that the other side. I was kinda worried about how strong the aluminium would be when it's adjusted all the way out. I'm using 1/2" think aluminium for the plate with a 1/8 thick of Ti bolted to it. It's about 8" long too. Not sure if I'll be able to make wider to get a foot in there. I'm running that angle straight to the plate with support brackets on the side it's going to be a lil longer. I'll post pics later to you what I have so far.
Re: Kenny 211
I'm not done with this one yet. I still have to anodize it and put the titanium plate on it. I really havent thought about making more. I just did this one cuz I was bored. I cant make too many they might notice all the stock missing.
