Re: Titanium 12 plates

I've been checkin in to em, I can get 3/8" plate for 15 bucks a pound... a 3x12 will probably be about 3 or 4 lbs, it'll last a long time... longer than your standard 1010 carbon plate guaranteed. this stuff is a pain in the @$$ to grind with a grinder. I'm makin one for the 70 out of the 1/4" will probly last forever

Re: Titanium 12 plates

I have a guy who can waterjet cut them. I am still trying to figure out the details for mounting. Whether I have drilled and tapped or countersunk. I will know in a couple more days.

Re: Titanium 12 plates

It is supposed to be the best way to get a decent edge. They said that multiple plates can be don at once.
