i wanna paint my rims but need some stands to take them off. anyone got some i could use for an afternoon? thanks

 

Why I like the green... (inside joke) I have only rear stand.. dunno anyone with a front although I want to get one..

 

Use cement block and set them under your front forks. You could also use them for the rear too. Or buy a set of Handy stands they are like 100.00 for both front and rear.

Regular floor jacks should probably get the job one in the rear and just about anything flat for the front like Jeff said. Just have someone there to help while your setting the heights so the bitch doesn't fall over. Spray bombs are pricey you know....

 

hang your bike from a tree, it worked for me.

 

just lift it up and set the swingarm on a jack stand

 

ya i can do that... done it before. just makes it easier to do the front when its on stands. I forgot i got someone to help me lift it up this time... so ill go the jackstand route. I'm gonna get this thing all done saturday. I dumped the bike again today so im going all out streetfighter. Fawk fairings. Only thing they do is empty your wallet lol. Ill have my light hopefully by then... then pop the rims off, spray can em, put em on and im all set. :YEAH
