Speeding Ticket...What Attorney Did You Use?

Well...I was going out for the weekly ride on I-69 doing "excess speeds of 95 mph." (according to the cop) Anyways...to make a long story short I got a ticket 90 in a 60 in construction....So I need legal help. For some reason I cant get in contact with the lawyer I used last time so I was looking to get help in the forum...What attorney would you go with...I commited the infraction on Irish Road and got pulled over on Dort... I love Cops

I used Al Zerka. He did a great job, but I seen he is running for Probate Court or some legal/goverment bullsiat. That might put him our of service. He's in the book, worth checking.

Irish road pulled over on Dort geez what the hell was the cop driving a mail truck. Did he actually get you on the radar or is he ASSuming your were doing speeds in excess of 95. If it is a Davison cop good luck getting out of the ticket they are a bunch of Aholes in that town. Use the guy R1dude suggested he is good and saved his *** at least once.

Re: Speeding Ticket...What Attorney Did You Use?

Well the brilliant gentlman was a sheriff in a SUV...I think he is assuming becuase he was doing 60 and i was doing about 100 maybe 105 and he sayed when he saw me whiz by he wasnt even gonna try to catch me because I was going so fast his SUV only did 95 and it would have taken him forever to get to those speeds. Well I didnt even know it was a cop when i passed him or else i would have taken off even faster. Well I hit traffic inbetween center and belsay so I had to do 60. So he caugh up to me that way and didnt turn on his lights until i was in the Dort Highway Exit lane where i couldnt have merged back on...but I will check the guy in the phonebook out any other lawyers anyones used???

Wow I just spoke with the Zerka people and they said that they will more than likely get defective equipment and fines....For only 200 dollars. On that note its time to go pratice some wheelies

I get up to 14k mph when im at the ballancing point and I start to redline at 16-18k rpms. How much throttle should i be using once i hite the balancing point,do i keep it steady...IDK I've only found guides that help you get it up and set it down easier....Not ones that explain the process of what you do to ride them out. Also...when your ridding your wheelies are you leaning back and trying to keep the bike up or should it stay up automatically without you holding it due to the power your giving it....I can ride wheelies for like 5 seconds maybe a little longer and I need some helps and tips to make me progess...PLEASE HELP ME....
1st Your not at balance point if you need to continue to accel.... when at balance point you will be maintaining a constant speed...... and you will use the throttle like you would just casually cruising, no sudden opining or closing ..(accel from 30 to 50 in 2nd gear... then maintain 50.. that is what you'll essientialy be doing in a wheelie that is powered up)
(from the wheelies I saw last friday, you need to go ALOT higher)
2nd- do them in 2nd gear, its much easier once you get it up, the throttle will be less touchy....
3rd -Leaning back or forward doesn't matter to help a wheelie, it just moves the BP around, but leaning back will cause the bike to balance at a lower inclination... just do what feels right as far as leaning

Ya if your accelerating then youll never be at balace point to do a stand up longer then 100 feet or so...till whenever you run outta R's If you have never been at balace point before its a lil rough. Best way i can describe it. Stand the bike up..get it up as high as you can where you feel like your about to tip back..lean back just a lil farther and you there. Cover your brake though like he said incase you go back to far. If your not comfortable cover the back brake with your foot like alot of guys id recommend a hand brake...you dont wanna flip back on that nice new bike

Re: Speeding Ticket...What Attorney Did You Use?

Yah im going to get gear here in a little bit when (We Rip you off) Great Lake Powersports opens....How much would it cost for me to add a rear brake hand lever because i just dont feel comfterable with me closing my legs enough to touch my rear brake when im trying to wheelie I dont know why. Or do they make new levers that replace the old ones that are a lot longer so if I had my foot near the edge of the peg I would still be able to tap the rear???I hope your not tired of helping me yet LOL.

Off the subject but the S10 in that picture looks pretty pimp. I think I'll seen it around.

Re: Speeding Ticket...What Attorney Did You Use?

Its a Sonoma Dugh...no Im J/P but its a 2001 sonoma with 32,000 miles. The flames on it are chamelion...bags all around... 4 10inch w3's....flip out clarion head unit...Jl componets throughout...flip down tv where your mirror is...and some more misc. stuff. It also has a 4 cylinder in it that will tear up Taz's lil 06 vette. Its what I like to call show and go. No I'm jp I think its top 10 slowest cars ever built lol.
