FTJ (J=Judges)

Man, don't ever forget your license around Novi. Spent the whole day in court because I forgot my wallet one morning while taking my cuz to the airport. Got a ticket for 85 in a 70 and no proof of license in Dec. Went to court today, and the prosecuting attorney looked at my case and said, "Ok, well this isnt very serious, we'll just drop the whole thing, both tickets dismissed, is that ok with you?" HELL YES! Got up before the judge, P.A. says "we made a deal and were dropping all counts". Judge says, "well, ill let you drop the ticket, but driving w/o a license is a misdemeanor so i won't let you drop that one." P.A. was like, "Umm, ok, well what do you want to do, we don't want to prosecute?" This is what I have to do...go to some class called DRIVE, come back for a P.I.S ($90) in May, which is when i meet with an investigator so he can research my record and make a sentencing suggestion to the judge. Then I have to go back for sentencing in June. WTF??? Sentencing? for forgeting my wallet? Damn. The judge is like "this is a very serious matter, i could give you 90 days in jail and $1000 fine." F me. there were crack addicts and wife beaters in there that weren't getting those kind of punishments. It was plain to see that i have had a valid license for years, and still have one today. Man, that judge was an a$$hat. I was stoked to be getting the whole thing dropped. I didn't even know the judge ever goes against the P.A on this kind of thing. Ticket wasn't even on my motocycle either. Besides, i would think that speeding would be a more serious matter. Well, does anyone want to go to DRIVE school with me so you can learn how to not forget your wallet??? I hope I don't get sentenced to wear a big metal chain connected to my wallet!!!

That phucking sucks dude...what is funnier is now you are starting to type long a$$ post similar to what I do...I think that is wonderful!! I can't believe the judge would waste your time like that over forgetting a wallet!! I hate the law...it is alright to beat your wife...it is alright to sell drugs as long as it is your first offense...but god forbid that you ever decide to break a traffic law!!

Ahh, i see the confusion. It gets even better when i fully explain. They are going to assign a criminal investigator to investigate my background, not my driving record. They want to see if I have any other criminal convictions, and what kind of citizen I am. What a waste of the taxpayers money.
