+1 She should feel lucky he let her on the bike in the first place. She was unlucky to get on. She was old enough to decide that if she wanted a ride with him there are definitely some risks involved. If he is sued for that US laws are messed up.

To me it's so fishy it just looks like a scam to get money from people. The girl in the pic looks like the girl who posted this. Maybe it's not who knows I'm just typing as I'm thinking lol.
