last i heard she was still in a coma but getting better everyday..
here is her myspace link..she hasnt signed on since the accident.. its privet but u csn still send messages... she would like to read them when she gets better im sure...

yea it was bad she wasnt wearing a lid... and no gear... i heard she is sueing the guy she was riding with so well se what happens.... it was her choice to not wear the gear. personally id sue the lady that ran the light not the guy i was riding with....

**** yeah! She took responsibility for her own life as to the potential consequences of riding with him & with no gear... but the lady running the light is definitely the legally negligent one here! Btw, how is she suing if she's in a coma? I'm guessing it's the family, not her right? So not cool. I'd like to know what the full story is before making a definitive judgment on it though.

I was wondering how she was sueing also. Makes no sence if she's still in a coma.

she is out of a coma dunno if she is out of the hospital or not. my friend is not allowed to talk to her!!! i totally think she is a dumb *** for not wearing gear and i think she need to pay for her mistake not bank off it!

+1, also how in the hell do you sue the rider when it was the other person that ran the light or w/e? What is he supposed to go out and buy you YOUR gear before he rides with you? No, thats your responsibility. No offense to the girl I mean shes out of the coma now and im happy for her and i hope she makes full recovery, but damn, get your priorities straight.

I would never wish for someone to die. But I really hope she's stuck with rediculas amounts of medical bills she can't pay. It's really not fair for her to sue your friend becasuse of someone elses mistakes.
