How to tell if you're a child of the eighties
CHILDREN OF THE 80'S You're an 80's child if.... You know all the words to "Ice Ice Baby."
You wanted to be The Hulk for Halloween.
You had a crush on one of the New Kids on the Block members. (Or you know all of their names: Donnie Walbergh, Danny Wood, Joey McEntyre, Jordan Knight and Jonathan Knight. Scary isn't it?)
You wanted to be on Star Search.
You can remember what Michael Jackson looked like before he had plastic surgery. (Remember "I'm Bad"? And "Thriller"?)
You wore a banana clip or one of those slap-on wrist bands at some point...or heaven forbid one of those T-shirt rings on one side during your youth.
You did the side ponytail or the flipped bangs look.
You were styling with your French rolled pants.
You wore multiple pairs of socks in the middle of the summer just so you could be "hip" You had slouch socks and puff painted your own shirt at least once.
Cabbage Patch Kids!! Rainbow Brite and Punky Brewster!!
You knew what Willis was "talkin' 'bout." You know the profound meaning of "Wax on, Wax off."
You still associate Michael J. Fox with Family Ties, Teen Wolf and Back to the Future.
You knew about The Facts of Life.
You were upset when She-ra, Princess of Power, and He-Man got canceled.
You can remember watching Full House and Saved by the Bell for endless hours, back when they were new episodes.
