Re: Newbie learning.

all the cage manufacturers cages besides powers protect REALLY low on the 600rr. I'm sure you saw that on the 600rr.net thread. the powers is the best cage for that bike. the only problem I've had with powers cages is they scrape the ground when you get low in turns. I didn't think it'd be that big of a problem till I got mine on. I live in florida where roads are straight (how far are you from deals gap?) and I don't even really consider myself a knee dragger. If you hit the gap you'll hate having a cage

Re: Newbie learning.

I've never heard of the gap. But theres the dragon...Pretty dangerous stuff. Who knows, it could be the same thing, and people just call it different stuff, but I haven't actually road it myself, but there is a "tree of death" in a curve where supposedly several people have died while riding.

Re: Newbie learning.

Thats true. I'm going to have to try it out at least. I do ride alot, but I don't normally ride it long distance or anything, I just moved here and everyone I used to ride with is still back in ky. It's just not as fun to go out alone.
