you can get away with prepping and even base coating stuff in colder weather. But for the finish coat with the candy im gonna use someone's heated garage. Constant 70ish degree's and let it sit in there at constant 70ish degrees. And then im putting my graphics on and then clear coating over them.

sand down, primer, sand again with like 400-1000 grit, and spray your main color, then if u want clear over it
it's really pretty simple once u do it a couple times. I used to paint everything with a gun, but i suck at mixing **** so i decided to just go with the alsacorp cans this time

I got a big rust spot on the side of my tank that drives me ****** nuts so I'd have to sand the whole tank down to paint it. Once I start sanding it down, the clear coat and stickers would come off How does that work

- The 03-06 CBR 600RR , 03-05 Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position! !
- The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
- THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
- All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

Got it, thanks. Ima do some work eventually so I might hit you up for some advice. I think between you and stock I'll get the advice I need to put something decent together. I dont rock side fairings coz I drop my bike to much right now so I would just need to paint the tail and tank. My tank looks like **** right now so hmmm maybe I should work on that. If I wanted to do my tank which is stock right now - how do I sand through the stickers and all that **** on it I got a big rust spot on the side of my tank that drives me ****** nuts so I'd have to sand the whole tank down to paint it. as far as metal, sand the rust down to bare metal. But dont touch it with your hands or anything oily. then spray primer on it so it doesnt rust again.
More then willing to come up and help u out with any of that stuff. Like i said im gonna be comin up to ride soon as this thing is done

i used paint remover to get the stickers off, u put it on, and let it sit for like 30 mins, and then it just peels off, then u sand the **** out of them. (USE GLOVES WITH THAT **** THOUGH) i learned that hard way

nice. look forward to meeting you mayn And I'm gonna do a lil traveling once the weather gets a little better so I'll make a trip to rip up your local spots too. Gotta visit you and Ezec so far. My garage is a heated garage but the heater in the garage hasnt been turned on in over 20 years lol. My pops just put some **** on the bottom of the garage doors to keep the cold out but its still not no 70 degrees up in there. Hmmmm, ima see what I gotta do to get that heater turned on And then I'ma start pickin **** up to strip down the tank and tail section and prep that **** for paint.
