****, i need a front end alignment on my truck. my front tires had a lot of life left and i didn't notice how worn they were on the inside. gonna need new tires soon, prolly. i'm gonna get it aligned and hold on to these tires until i really need to change them.

 

i'm debating getting them at tirerack.com and paying some used tire shop to mount and balance them or going to a tire place and having them do it all.

 

yeah. i cant open my mouth all the way since that. I have trouble with large cheeseburgers and such

Goodyear charges $90 for the alignment. Firestone charges $70 but they have a deal where if u pay $150 u get lifetime alignments. i'm gonna look more into that cuz i'd like to keep this truck a long time, and if i can have the alignment checked every year, that would be worth it. with all the bumps and **** in this city's roads, cars' alignments are more prone to get fucked up.

i'm really in the mood for waffle house. can't though. damn it.

since van halen = good to you, i take it ur in agreement. i'm gonna purchase that plan. they said i can go to any firestone in the country and get a free alignment. i wanna see that **** in writing though. i've heard of such plans and the places don't wanna honor that ****.

ya i know about the tail.. i think im gonna just rock subframe for a little till i can find a tail.. i might go with race tail they are cheaper

• The 03-06 CBR 600RR , 03-05 Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position! !
• The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
• THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
• All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

trachito my plan is to leave saturday at like 7 am.. i think its a 7 hr drive to tallahasee ... so ill be there around 2 or 3, i might stop in gainesville i found a deal on a subframe from someone in gainesville

 

id be a lil weary about that . trust me on this as i used to work at a shop that had a similar deal . the mechanic will find anything wrong with your truck trying to get some money out of you , and can / will refuse to do the alignment if u say no to the work if its any kinda front end type stuff. the other thing was ive seen guys put the car on the rack , and just scratch the tie rod jam nuts with a pair of plyers and say they did the alignment .
