If I am doing a fruit I use cherry juice, mangosteen juice, vanilla yogurt, and a mix of whatever fruit we have ....
and yeah i hear ya, you don't know the difference until you are eating healthy and exercising, then you are like seriously is this because of being healthy? lol ... feel like you are 16 again hahaha

i used to do 25 every mornign when i woke up, before i broke my hand a year ago. Now, i break a sweat around 10, its kind of suck.

yeah i love rocking the vanilla or chocolate protein shake, then I throw in a banana and peanut butter

once i reach a level i'm comfortable with i'm gonna quit weights and running and start swimming for a while. then i'll go back to weights and running.... might keep running too though.

best thing post workout (within 30 minutes of working out) is chocolate milk chito - it gets your insulin levels up which sends glucose molecules into the muscle tissue and makes for a quicker recovery .....

Yep.
With all those expensive *** supplements and **** out there good old fashioned chocolate milk is the way to go right after a workout .... just gotta watch don't go overboard with the sugars, like I said it works post workout to help your muscles recover faster .... that doesn't mean if you do 80 pushups then drink chocolate milk every day you will be ripped lol
