Re: Omr Subcage !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and once the motor is warmed up all clearances are tighter especially ring and piston , you also have hot gasses in the cylinder that are not there when the motor is cold
Re: Omr Subcage !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Or maybe the ecm is acting up when the motor is warm or it is giving fale signals when it senses (or doesn't sense) the bike is at operating temperature .
I could be wrong . Don't quote me on that

Re: Omr Subcage !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
a hot electric motor pulls more amps when it's hot also[starter motor] ...and im pretty sure he said he changed the ecm
Re: Omr Subcage !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
first part replaced. at this point the main harness is the only thing that hasnt been replaced.
Re: Omr Subcage !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
cold thick oil can make it hard to start but he was having this problem before it was very cold ..

It sounds like he has a crank no start problem . Which would have nothing to do with internal engine clearances .

Re: Omr Subcage !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
you are wrong that is exactly the problem he was having , when the bike was hot it would turn over slower then when it was cold

Re: Omr Subcage !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
heres a few quotes from this thread from me , i think my opinion is clear

it still sounds electrical but you said you checked every thing electrical so as long as the battery is good and the bike is charging and there are no bad cables then my next guess would be the bike is filling one or more cylinders with gas making it not want to turn over but i don't have a clue why ...
if you are telling the complete truth and have checked all the electrical **** and your battery is good then i would try the starter clutch .....
im not saying you are lying about any thing but people tend to say "ya i checked that" when in fact they just don't think thats the problem so they say "ya i checked that" just so they can get to the next thing to check ....
if i were to come to your house i would probably make sure all the basics were functioning correctly because i still think it is an electrical problem not a motor problem but if all that checked out then my next step would be to change the starter clucth because you already have one ...

- The 03-06 CBR 600RR , 03-05 Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position! !
- The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
- THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
- All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.
