Haha I think I built a new bike lol. Okay swapped the motor and when I put it in the bike I put on new plugs, swapped my tb's, FPR & that whole fuel rail & coil packs from the old motor. Then once I realized the starting problem I swapped the stator & starter motor from my old motor. When I realized that didnt do **** I swapped the rectifier, computer, relays, starter switch and hmmmm I think thats it so far

Tech
- The 03-06 CBR 600RR , 03-05 Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position! !
- The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
- THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
- All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

anyway, going by my automotive background , a coolant temp sensor can cause all sorts of issues . i want to check the manual to see where it is and if there is 1 or 2

whatcha find out? stock told me that it sounds like the bike could be overheating if its only doing it while hot and told me to plug my gauges in to see when its happening. It started fine up until about 165 and at 165 it starting cranking over slowly and by 170 it wouldnt start - so its definitely not overheating
but is treh temp sensor good ? even if it is , are the treads clean .
