- The 03-06 CBR 600RR , 03-05 Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position! !
- The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
- THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
- All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.
- omr subcages are available for all makes and models but only the ones listed above are available for shipping

the cavity was made out of h-13 hardened to a 48-52 rockwell. it doesn't matter we make plastic injection molds we deal with .001's all the nic's need to be welded then it needs to go in a edm get reburnt and then repolished atleast puts it to next week.

steelers just flipped the script and ravens are on there heels bad . . .
Outsource it to Windsor, ON. They have more tool shops per square mile than probably anywhere else in north america. It's insane.
Re: Omr Subcage !!!!!!!!!!!
we actually compete with ugoslavia more then china as far as mold making goes. are you familiar with DME?
Re: Omr Subcage !!!!!!!!!!!
All of our production tooling was purchased from Windsor tool shops. Most of them were less than 10 miles away from my old office in Dearborn. The prototype/rapid tooling was normally sourced to Detroit firms.
I visited a tool shop over there, we went to another shop who was making the tool and both places had 2 or 3 other tool shops in the same industrial parks. Lots of good riding spots. Actually I found out the other day that one of the spots I used to ride at all the time is in front of the test lab we use.
