a friend of mine tried to call me out yesterday by saying i hardly have friends. i was kind of ashamed to say i have online friends... so i just let it ride

I have like 10 friends and I've known 9 of them since elementary school. That's kinda sad.

 

it is in a way, but at the same time it shows u can preserve friendships.... u just can't make any new ones, lol.

i have some buds but i just dont get to hang out with them for one reason or another. mostly because we have our own lives or they moved away after college or the hurricane.

 

I don't meet new people. Everyone I work with is much older. I need a hobby that lets me get out and meet people. The motorcycle scene is a joke in this area. Bike night draws about 25-30 people and most of them are older. I spend almost all my time with my wife and dog. It seems to work fine for me though.

 

i used to have more friends on the internet than i did in real life....but now i don't....only cause i've met half my internet friends in person and now i consider them my real life friends since we met in person

 

I know a shitload of people but I only consider someone a friend if I'd call them up to go hang out.

 

same here. i work with mostly oldies. i spend most of my free time with my cousin and thats about it.
