no you would have to do it indoors, im pretty sure it will stick, but not well and then it will look horrible, you ned to do it inside when temp is like at least 45-50 at minimum

You don't know much about painting do you. The catalyst that allows paint to cure (hardener) HIGHLY recommends you allow paint to cure in 70-80 degree controlled climate conditions. If you are going to paint at anything below that, don't expect the paint to last long.
