well i shouldn't say roomate it's a duplex i have and he rents the other side from me. sammy you should move here man seriously live on his side i get a job and geet shitfaced and ride all the time

 

the worst part is he is a friend and now he is being faggy. i have done nothing wrong but im wondering if i should be a bigger person and appologize or something because this whole thing isn't worth losing a friend. but also i have a hard time saying im sorry when i KNOW i have done nothing wrong

 

no im pretty much decided on moving to CO.....i tlaked to my uncle last nite he has a 3 bed room house i believe in fort collins he would rent me for 900 a month, and since my mom and sis are looking to move out as well it seems things are shifting that direction, im tired of being here man lol it sucks and i hate it everdy i wake up in this stupid city

well here is what happened.

know how i started this concrete business right? and it is starting to take off. well he worked concrete for 5 yrs for another guy always said how much money was in it and how he wanated to do that for himself

Gees, mines $800 here and it's 750 sq/ft.

 

so then i said well maybe we should get a few jobs and make a little side money. so I put out a $400 ad and got a few jobs off it which he helped me with /taught me on and after each job i would buy more and more tools. then put out another $400 ad and got a few more jobs all along im paying him HALF of the net from each job.

 

this is 1200sq ft im gonna put an ad in the paper for $550 but for sammy or any friend it's $275

 

all along he ASSUMED he was a partner in this business and owned half of everything. i had a feeling he was assuming this but wasn't sure then one day we ran into another buddy at menards and he asked what we were up to and my roomate said "oh chris and i started a concrete business" so that's when it became clear

 

so then on the way home that day after he made another "partnership" i told him straight up that he is an employee and nothing else

he has been all butthurt ever since

 

You own it? You sound exactly like my old boss. We did general contracting and concrete on the side. Money was the ****. He also owned 5 apt. buildings. Guys 34 and has his house, cars, etc., all payed off. The guy is always carrying a wad because all the side money he makes he just pockets.
