HHHHAHAHA I know that feeling! I worked in collections and then into accounting at a telecom place that was based in my hometown. We of course the whole town had our phone service. Its ok when people roll their eyes at you and cry over the phone BUT when they come to the office and to it to you in person its a WHOLE new ballgame!

 

Resumes aren't that bad... but it's just like anything else, take your time and do it right the first time and it'll last for a long time. Every now and again you'll have to update it but it won't be much.
